You may use Offerbased to discover events, purchase tickets, create and manage events, and communicate with attendees. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Event Organizers

If you use Offerbased as an event organizer, you are responsible for ensuring your event complies with all applicable laws. You grant Offerbased a license to display your event information on our platform.

5. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final unless the event organizer specifies a refund policy. Offerbased facilitates the transaction but the contractual relationship for the event is between you and the organizer.

6. SMS Program

By opting into our SMS program, you consent to receive text messages related to events and our platform. Standard messaging rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Offerbased shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
